I recently spent eight days in Thailand, in Bangkok, Chiang Mai, and northern hill countryside villages. It was one of the best vacations I’ve ever had for many reasons, including the fact that I love Thai food and used the trip as an excuse to eat pad thai for multiple meals per day. Not only was the food delicious, but at $1-3 per meal, it was also incredibly underpriced!
