The New York Times published momofuku’s bo ssam recipe last month, and I have every intention of giving it a try in my own kitchen. But lucky for me, I had the opportunity to give the original a try this past weekend at momofuku ssam bar.
I was with a party of 16, and we were served enough food for 30 (including two whole pork butts). At $55 per person (min. 10 person reservation), the family-style bo ssam prix fixe is actually quite economical for a gourmet meal.
